What they do

VETTS is an online veterinary platform that offers direct chat and video consultations with experienced veterinarians through the VETTS app. The vets have years of practical experience and are registered with the Dutch government, each with at least five years' experience.

The service currently focuses on dogs, cats and rabbits only. After a video consultation the pet owner receives a short summary from the vet in the app with the recommendations discussed. The app also shows the nearest emergency clinic, as an online vet is not suitable for emergencies or life-threatening situations.
