Who we are
Isatis Group B.V. is responsible for the personal data processed through isatis.nl. We are based at Keizer Karelplein 32 A, 6511 NH Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 09133018.
Messages you send us
The message form on this site does not send anything through the site. It opens your own email app with your message to Jack van Poll, and you decide whether to send it.
When you email us, we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you, and keep them no longer than needed for that conversation.
Our newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address in our mailing list at Brevo, the email service we use to send it. We use your address only to send you the newsletter, based on your consent.
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every newsletter, or by sending us a message. We then remove your address from the list.
Visiting this site
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and to protect the site against abuse. We do not use this data to find out who you are.
We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking tools. After you sign up for the newsletter, your browser remembers that you did, so the form shows you are already on the list. That note stays in your own browser, is never sent to us, and disappears when you clear your browser data.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone, apart from the services named above that work for us.
Your rights
You may ask us which personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, to limit how we use it, or to send it to you or to someone else. You may also object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time.
Send your request to the email address below. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
