Isatis Software Solutions started in 2013 as one of the companies of Isatis Group, just like Isatis Projects. Its engineering team works from Sarajevo in Bosnia & Herzegovina, as a nearshore technology partner for Dutch and international companies: close by, and in the same time zone as its clients.
It started with NCare
The first project was NCare, for Mosadex E-Health. The software checked medication when prescriptions were written and before medicines were given, including checks for overdosing, allergies and contraindications. The project was taken to Bosnia, where the first three engineers worked on it.

From business tools to enterprise platforms
Today a team of more than thirty builds everything from internal business tools to complex enterprise platforms: microservices, mobile apps, data platforms and AI solutions, for healthcare, energy, government, manufacturing and education. More than a hundred projects have been delivered.
The work ranges from custom software, integrations and APIs to legacy modernisation, cloud, DevOps, data and AI, and quality assurance and testing. Isatis Software Solutions is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified.
A place where engineers stay
The company wants to be a place where good engineers can do their best work and grow, with small, focused teams, a learning budget and internal tech talks. Every change is reviewed by someone else before it goes out, and workload is watched as closely as delivery, because, as the company puts it, people who are worn out do not write good software.
