Isatis Office Support is a full-service finance and HR team that grew out of Isatis Group in 2015. Its mission is to take finance and HR off the shoulders of entrepreneurs, so their teams can focus on their own work. Companies in the Isatis family can call on it if they want to. It is an offer, never an obligation.
The books, from receipts to annual accounts
On the finance side the team takes care of the complete financial administration: from booking receipts to preparing the annual accounts, filing corporate income tax and filing the accounts with the Chamber of Commerce. It also gives advice on administration and tax, whether it is asked for or not.
The people side
For HR and payroll the team works from A to Z. Every employee is paid correctly and on time, with payroll tax returns, digital payslips and pensions taken care of. Personnel files stay up to date, from starters and leavers to contracts, leave and absence, and HR advisers are there for the difficult conversations, for managers and employees alike.
The HR people also visit the companies in the group, get to know the teams and help with everything that comes with people: from hiring and growth to saying goodbye.
Agreed per company
Because every company is different, the approach is agreed per company: together they decide which tasks the company's own people keep and which Isatis Office Support takes on. The team works with AFAS and Exact Online, and is led by director Dyandra Evers, with HR professionals Yolanda Groeneveld and Alain van den Bos.
