Adoptics guides organisations in introducing a new digital workplace in the most fun and easy way possible. It is a consultancy made up of an enthusiastic team with a lot of hands-on experience.

Its knowledge of communication, adoption, technology and content means it has the combination in-house to guide the human side of digital change in the workplace. Adoptics is a network organisation and works together with various partners.

Its approach rests on the pillars of communication, training and anchoring: strategy and advice, adoption, setup and content, and ongoing management. Adoptics works either as an advisor (sparring partner) or as a coordinator who runs the whole project.
