Proud Experts is a specialist in financial services based in Nijmegen. Since 1997 it has combined, in its own words, "in-depth expertise with a flexible way of working", supported by its own AFM licence. It positions itself as "your department at a distance": a business process outsourcing (BPO) organisation that supports financial service providers with capacity in mortgages, insurance, compliance and pensions, through managed outsourcing, managed insourcing or remote secondment.

Its mission is to be a reliable business partner for financial service providers so they can offer their customers constant, expert service. More than one hundred experts work at the company, from juniors to seniors. Proud Experts is part of Söderberg & Partners, a Scandinavian financial services group, which gives it access to an international network and modern technology.
